An enchanting reformed farmhouse cottage in an idyllic location, set in the very heart of the Colonya Valley, directly below the dramatic Puig des Rafalet mountain surrounded by green woodland and pretty olive groves.All you can hear is birdsong and the breeze, fabulous.

It´s a villa full of lovely surprises. The house is extremely private and peaceful with the most amazing views down into the valley. A tranquil spot for a quiet nature holiday but with Pollenca old town just a short drive away for fantastic restaurants or for the bustling Sunday morning market.

The pool area has surrounding sun terraces.

3 steps up lead to a large covered terrace that runs the full length of the villa. There is a solid distressed wood dining table here with wrought iron backed chairs, antique farming implements, stone seating with pretty cushions, beautiful plant pots and a comfy wicker sofa and table to relax with a book and a glass of wine. Arabic lights give an eclectic bohemian feel and a calming atmosphere.

The kitchen is open plan and is to the left. It has white units with an island for the sink and storage units. There is a modern vitro hob with a large stainless steel cooker hood, a split level oven and microwave, a large fridge freezer and a small dispenser with mallorcan wood door.

There are air-conditioning units for hot and cold air in the bedrooms.
