Fantastic contemporary apartment in an exclusive development in Puerto Pollença. There are just eight apartments in the complex, all brand new, sharing a lovely pool, with private parking, and a lift.

The living area is open and spacious with an open plan modern kitchen with lots of storage space and counter surface. Appliances include a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Dining table and chairs. Lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a 42`` T.V. plasma fixed on the wall. The living area is leading to a nice covered terrace with mountain views.
There is one double bedroom (with double bed) and one single (with a sofa bed). Both rooms have large fitted wardrobes, are lovely and bright, and they share a lovely bathroom with a bath and a shower. There is air condition throughout the whole apartment.

Roses apartment is a wonderful for a relaxing holiday, situated in the residential area of Siller , at walking distance to all amenities and Puerto Pollensa bay.
